About the Role

Your new role will involve providing administrative support and assisting the smooth running of daily operations within the import team. The team works on an early shift (6am-3pm) and your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking flights with airlines and agents.
  • Raising Export Customs Entries on CDS.
  • General Administration duties.
  • Import SFD and FDE clearances.
  • T1/T2 clearances and discharges.
  • Importation and Exportation of ATA Carnet and Cites goods.
  • Occasional warehouse duties.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience working on the Import and Export administration process. You will also need experience dealing with customs entries with HMRC. Some experience using Descartes is desired, but full training will be provided.
