Are you passionate about supporting children with complex health needs in their family homes?

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Children's Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group.

As a Children's Support Worker, you will be working with a 3-year-old boy who requires support on weekday evenings. He is a happy child who loves cuddles and reassurance, and enjoys engaging with switch toys.

Our client is part of our Care in the Home division, which supports children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

We offer full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in this role.

Due to the rural location of our client's home, you must be a driver with a car.

Key Responsibilities:
