A highly motivated Spatial Planning Specialist is required to join a leading consultancy in Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in the planning sector, with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

This role offers a competitive starting salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Job Description:

Manage a varied caseload of developments and projects, from multi-acre mixed-use development sites to smaller personal projects within the residential, healthcare, specialist housing, and education sectors.

Work collaboratively with the team to deliver projects, ensuring clients' expectations are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

A degree in Planning or related field, with 2-3 years' experience in the planning sector.
