Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Behavioural Development Specialist to join our team at the PRIDE Academy.

As a Behavioural Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective behaviour management strategies to promote positive student outcomes.

Compensation: £31,069 - £35,444 per annum (£26,604.66 pro rata)

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive student outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a supportive learning environment.
  3. Provide guidance and support to students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience working with children and young people, particularly those with challenging behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
