Job Overview

We are recruiting for a Psychotherapy Tutor and Educator to join our team at Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This part-time position involves 5 sessions, comprising 2 Direct Clinical Care sessions and 3 SPA sessions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization and educational governance of psychotherapy training within the trust.

Main Duties

  • Oversee the establishment and running of Balint or case-based discussion group(s) for core trainees.
  • Select and support suitable psychotherapy case supervisors to supervise and assess trainees.
  • Ensure that all core trainees have opportunities to complete psychotherapy requirements in the core curriculum.
