**Join Our Team as a Rural Vicar and Help Us Make a Difference**
We are a dynamic and innovative church in the Scarborough Deanery, seeking a highly motivated and compassionate vicar to lead our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that meet the spiritual needs of our community, while also engaging with local authorities and stakeholders to promote our vision.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of biblical principles, and a proven track record of leading and managing teams. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.
**Our Benefits Package Includes:**
- A competitive salary of **£55,000 - £65,000** per annum, based on experience
