We are seeking an exceptional Rural Property Development Manager to join our team as a dynamic Estates Project Surveyor. As part of our progressive rural business, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our estate management and development strategies, driving growth and innovation across our Berkshire and Lincolnshire estates.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic asset management, optimizing property values and returns through careful planning and execution.
  • Leading the development of new commercial and residential projects, leveraging your expertise to drive success.
  • Collaborating with our Director of Rural Property to shape our overall estate management strategy, aligning with our business goals and objectives.
  • Fostering relationships with stakeholders, including tenants, partners, and suppliers, to ensure smooth estate operations and maximize returns.

To succeed in this role, you will need MRICS / CAAV qualifications and relevant experience in estate management, combined with strong leadership and communication skills. The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.
