Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Halfords. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Scheduling repair work and MOTs, maintaining accurate records and communicating with customers to keep them informed
  • Building lasting relationships with customers, treating them with respect and empathy
  • Contributing to the achievement of daily and weekly sales targets, working collaboratively with the team to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering exceptional customer service, with a proven track record of providing high-quality service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to find practical solutions to customer issues
  • IT literate, with experience of using technology to enhance customer service
