About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Housing Delivery Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in reducing homelessness and improving housing outcomes for vulnerable individuals and families in Greater Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to deliver temporary accommodation programmes that meet the needs of local authorities and their residents.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including local authorities, national government partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of programmes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on temporary accommodation and homelessness prevention strategies to local authorities and other stakeholders.

About You

  • You will have a strong background in housing, homelessness, or a related field, with significant experience in programme management and delivery.
  • You will be an excellent communicator, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to senior leaders.
  • You will have a deep understanding of the complex issues surrounding homelessness and temporary accommodation, and be able to develop innovative solutions to address these challenges.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
