Role Overview:
In this role, you will be working with individuals who feel they are being held back by poverty, exploitation, abuse, addiction, mental health and/or being caught up in crime. You will be speaking with and supporting these individuals, assessing their needs and planning interventions to help them overcome their challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing individual needs and planning interventions
- Collaborating with partners to provide holistic support
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to out-of-hours services

Requirements:
- A strong understanding of social justice and its impact on individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
