Job Description
  1. Understand and embody On's values and brand philosophy, staying informed about global activities and projects.
  2. Serve as a culture role model, driving team understanding and implementation of management systems.
  3. Deliver exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and wow moments.
  4. Lead key initiatives, including in-store traffic, UPT, conversion rate, and top sales assortment, by gaining in-depth business knowledge and operation results.
  5. Build a high-performing team through planning, candid feedback, optimization of operation standards, and effective scheduling.
  6. Implement ongoing learning and development programs, providing on-the-job coaching/training as needed.
  7. Facilitate meetings to deepen team understanding, improve performance, and participate in cross-functional meetings.
  8. Pursue self-growth and development, formulating your own development action plan with the Store Lead.
  9. Challenge existing processes, embracing challenges and growth opportunities.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 per year
