Acorn Court Care Home is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Resident Activities and Wellbeing Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our treasured residents, providing comfort, companionship, and creating a fun and interesting environment for them.

We are looking for someone with a caring nature who wants to work as part of an amazing team, surrounded by kindness and fun. While specific qualifications or experience are not required, we do look for individuals who share our sense of compassion and care about people's comfort and happiness.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing various activities for our residents, offering one-to-one support where needed, and ensuring their physical and mental wellbeing at all times. They will also accompany residents to off-site activities, which may take place outside normal working hours.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour, with opportunities for part-time weekend shifts and enhanced pay on bank holidays. Our benefits package includes 28 days annual leave, pension, cycle to work scheme, staff recognition schemes, refer a friend bonus, and comprehensive training and career development.
