Job Overview
Redline Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Process Development Engineer to join their team in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. As a key member of the manufacturing process, you will play a pivotal role in delivering solutions to material and integration challenges aligned with optoelectronic assemblies/hybrid microelectronics packaging.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of product development from NPI through to manufacture and the ability to obtain Security Clearance. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading company that specialises in the design and manufacture of secure communication devices for defence and aerospace sectors.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a range of excellent benefits, including a 9 day working fortnight, hybrid working, flexitime, and up to £8,000 relocation costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes for optoelectronic materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to material and integration challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements.

Requirements
  • Good understanding of product development from NPI through to manufacture.
  • Able to obtain Security Clearance.
