Job Title: Composite Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Composite Design Engineer to join our team of design engineers responsible for the scheme, design, testing, and development stages of composite components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop composite components using pre-preg technology, including jigs, patterns, and tooling.
  • Apply innovative and flexible problem-solving approaches to ensure efficient and effective design solutions.
  • Work on multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate complex design concepts and technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Motorsport Engineering.
  • Experience working in a high-level motorsport environment, preferably at an undergraduate or postgraduate level.
  • Proficiency in modern 3D CAD systems, preferably 3DX/CATIA.
