We are seeking an Accommodation Porter to contribute to the success of The Fellows House.

Responsibilities:

This role involves managing the supply chain of clean and high-quality linen for various hotel departments. You will be responsible for responding to guest requests in a timely manner, maintaining the Delivery Bay area, and undertaking supply counts for ordering and stocktaking purposes.

  • You will manage the housekeeping phone and respond to guest requests.
  • You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Delivery Bay area.
  • You will conduct regular supply counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • You will participate in stock takes and inventory management.
  • You will have access to the GO Hilton Travel Programme, offering discounted stays at Hilton Hotels worldwide.
