As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health illness, and neurological conditions. With a strong background in mental health and learning disabilities, you will be able to provide guidance and support to our team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care. Your excellent communication skills, calm demeanor under pressure, and passion for making a difference will be invaluable assets in this role.

Our service users come from diverse backgrounds, and we strive to provide a personalized approach to care. As a Care Team Leader, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement individual care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user. Your ability to think creatively and outside the box will be essential in identifying innovative solutions to complex challenges.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.59 per hour plus £7.83 per hour sleep night rate, as well as a range of benefits, including a £500 Recommend A Friend Bonus, full induction program, dedicated learning and development programs, free DBS check, stakeholder pension, and employee recognition schemes. **Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 12 months of experience leading a support worker team
  • Experience in mental health and learning disabilities environment
  • Health and Social Care Level 3 Adults qualification
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and written skills
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure and make a positive impact on service users' lives
