Job Overview

About the Role

Kingspan Water & Energy is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Sales Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers via telephone or email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound queries from customers, resolving issues and providing quotes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Log site visits, including organizing part orders and delivery.
  • Maintain high accuracy in all aspects of order processing, including credit card transactions.
  • Achieve sales targets as set by the Service Manager.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future sales.
  • Record and track sales, analyzing customer needs and recommending the best solutions.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, including field engineers.

Requirements

  • GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Experience dealing with calls and queries within a formal customer service environment.
  • Sales experience with the ability and desire to sell.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
