Kingspan Water & Energy, a leading provider of sustainable solutions, is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Process orders and manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Kingspan's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills and strong data entry abilities.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong sales skills and a desire to drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
