MIS Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Analyst to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of SLA Online, including setting up products and services for annual refresh and managing the biennial rollover of existing SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on overall day-to-day management of SLA Online, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement strategies for setting up new products and services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Manage the biennial rollover of existing SLAs, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide analytical support to the business, working with both qualitative and quantitative data to inform business decisions.
• Manage the creation of new accounts, particularly from maintained settings to academy settings.
• Support business with marketing and sales campaigns, leveraging data insights to drive business growth.
• Contribute to business improvement by reviewing, suggesting, and implementing changes to the SLA Online system and process.

Requirements

• Good IT skills, ideally in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Education sector background, although not essential.
• Ability to learn and use bespoke IT systems, including SLA Online.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data administration skills, with the ability to access and manage data required to support business needs.
