MIS Analyst

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Capita as a MIS Analyst - Data Management Specialist, where you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of SLA Online. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading on the setup and maintenance of SLA products and services, as well as providing analytical support to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on the overall day-to-day management of SLA Online, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement data management strategies to improve data quality and accuracy.
• Provide analytical support to the business, working with both qualitative and quantitative data to inform business decisions.
• Manage the creation of new accounts, including migrating settings from maintained to academy settings.
• Support business with marketing and sales campaigns, leveraging data insights to drive business growth.
• Contribute to business improvement by reviewing, suggesting, and implementing changes to the SLA Online system and process.

Requirements

• Good IT skills, ideally in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Education sector background, although not essential.
• Ability to learn and use bespoke IT systems, including SLA Online.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data administration skills, with the ability to access and manage data required to support the business.
