Job Title: Night Receptionist, Fraser Suites

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Night Receptionist to join our team at Fraser Suites Edinburgh. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ensure accurate completion of the daily night audit, maintaining high standards of attention to detail and time management.
  • Contribute to the smooth-running of the Front Office Department, dealing with guest queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and management, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic and flexible individual with a passion for customer service, able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
