ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspections:
- Ensure the property is clean and tidy for guests
- Verify all appliances are in good working condition
- Check for any damage or missing items
- General Maintenance:
- Complete minor repairs, such as painting small areas or replacing light bulbs
- Report any larger issues to the maintenance team
- Participate in client meetings and become familiar with company operations
