We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Transport Support Specialist to join our team at April Faith Recruitment Ltd.

The role of this position is to provide exceptional care and support to children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities on home-to-school transport in the Liverpool City region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a positive impact in the lives of our passengers. As a Transport Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising children and young people, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely assist passengers into and out of the vehicle at home and destination
  • Ensure passengers are seated comfortably and securely before setting off
  • Use specialist safety equipment as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment within the vehicle

  • You are able to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
  • You have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
