About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Bank Care Practitioner at Riverdale Care Home in Braintree, Essex. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting residents with all aspects of daily living.



  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents
  • Administer medication safely and effectively
  • Support residents with personal care tasks
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

Requirements and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Medication trained
  • Previous experience working in a care home or with older adults
  • The right to live and work in the UK
