We are seeking an experienced Sterilization Specialist to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK.
This is a full-time position based at our site in Braintree, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of sterilization and ensuring the quality of our services.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will have experience as a Decontamination Technician within a healthcare setting or a similar role, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
They will be responsible for performing the full decontamination cycle on re-usable medical devices, participating fully in quality control processes, and ensuring procedures and documentation are completed accurately at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing the full decontamination cycle on re-usable medical devices to the highest standards
- Participating fully in quality control processes
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Requirements
- Experience as a Decontamination Technician within a healthcare setting
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Good computer skills (MS Office package)
