Job Summary

The successful candidate will have experience as a Decontamination Technician within a healthcare setting or a similar role, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.

They will be responsible for performing the full decontamination cycle on re-usable medical devices, participating fully in quality control processes, and ensuring procedures and documentation are completed accurately at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing the full decontamination cycle on re-usable medical devices to the highest standards
  • Participating fully in quality control processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements

  • Experience as a Decontamination Technician within a healthcare setting
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Good computer skills (MS Office package)
