Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead their therapy services in North London.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have experience working with adults and be able to deliver high-quality assessments and interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the occupational therapy service, collaborating with consultants, psychologists, therapists, and nursing staff.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring client-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, demonstrating a high standard of written communication.
Requirements
  • Accredited Honours Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC registration and Enhanced DBS clearance.
  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary team and delivering ADL assessments.
  • Knowledge of CPAs and ability to write comprehensive reports.
  • Previous experience in people management and leadership roles.
