Relationship Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Key Accounts Team, responsible for daily servicing and relationship management of large scale third party relationships or blue chip/Public Sector customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer service, responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records, including invoicing and regular reporting to customers
- Work collaboratively with internal departments and third parties to resolve customer queries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in account management
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
The successful candidate will be based in Redhill RH1 1RH, with the option to work from home 2 days a week after 3 months.
