About the Role

Havering Music School is seeking a Music Tuition Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Music Service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instrumental and vocal tuition to primary and secondary schools across Havering.

We provide tuition to over 2,500 pupils, with a team of over 80 teachers delivering over 550 hours of tuition per week. Our Music Service has a strong reputation for producing excellent players, and we have a growing partnership with Conductive Music, the LSO, and East London Music Alliance.

As a Music Tuition Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Co-ordinating the delivery of instrumental and vocal tuition to schools
  • Working with teachers to ensure high-quality tuition is delivered
  • Managing the administration of tuition, including scheduling and invoicing
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with schools and other stakeholders

We are looking for a highly organised and communicative individual with experience in music education and delivery. If you are passionate about music and education, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Experience in music education and delivery
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for music and education
