Music Coordinator Temp Role

A prestigious music school in central London is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Music Coordinator to provide temporary cover for a four-week period. This exciting opportunity will allow you to contribute to the smooth running of the Music Department and help organize events in iconic venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Music Department, handling enquiries from visitors, staff, and pupils.
  • Ensure the efficient administration of the Music Department, supporting teachers with timetabling, lost property, music locker allocation, and departmental inventory management.
  • Coordinate practice rooms, ensuring equipment is stored correctly and required equipment is present.
  • Manage and update physical and online departmental resources, including sheet music, stationery, and consumables.
  • Handle room bookings and allocations administration, maintaining the Music Library with stock and lending records.
  • Support relevant projects with associated school music divisions, marketing Music Department events, and producing publicity materials.
  • Assist with ticket distribution and email communications for external events.
