About the Role

We are working with a valued client who has a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to work in their well-performing nursing home in a central London area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, nurse management experience, and strong clinical skills are essential.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care are required.
Requirements
  • Qualified Nurse (RGN)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as either a Clinical Deputy or Clinical Lead
  • Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience
  • Strong Clinical Skills
  • Genuine passion for elderly care
Interview Process

There is a 2-stage interview process:

  • Stage 1 – Interview with the Home Manager
  • Stage 2 – Interview with the Home Manager & Operations Manager
Location

This role is based in the Central London area and is easily commutable from various locations.
