HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team at PP Associates in Liverpool. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing a full range of HR services to our clients, including employee relations, HR strategy, and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors, providing HR advice and guidance as needed.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, including high-volume case management and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Driving license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
