Job Details

St Andrew's Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Administrator to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our Wards, Ward Managers, and Responsible Clinicians.

Your Role

You will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of administration processes, allowing our nursing and clinical teams to focus on providing exceptional care. Your tasks will include document creation, data input, record management, and general administration. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through our comprehensive training and development programs.

Requirements
  • Significant administration experience, with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Strong all-round administration and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality, professional documents
  • Previous experience in taking and transcribing minutes of meetings, audio typing, and working collaboratively or independently
  • Flexible working style, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently
