Adecco is seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to support our client through a busy period. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform minor maintenance tasks, including painting doors and unloading deliveries
- Deliver parcels and move furniture as needed
- Conduct roof checks and sweep/blow leaves to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Hold keys to open and close doors, and assist with event setup
- Utilize basic IT skills to support daily operations
- Collaborate with the duty Facilities Assistant to complete job sheet allocations and perform other duties as required
- Basic DIY skills and experience in facilities, maintenance, caretaking, or estates is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
