About the Role

Adecco is seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to support our client through a busy period. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks, including painting doors and unloading deliveries
  • Deliver parcels and move furniture as needed
  • Conduct roof checks and sweep/blow leaves to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Hold keys to open and close doors, and assist with event setup
  • Utilize basic IT skills to support daily operations
  • Collaborate with the duty Facilities Assistant to complete job sheet allocations and perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • Basic DIY skills and experience in facilities, maintenance, caretaking, or estates is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
