This exciting role involves leading customers through the purchase journey, from initial contact to completing appraisals on cars and processing customer payments.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving performance and achieving targets while providing exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with our Regional Manager to support colleagues and ensure the smooth running of the region, adhering to company procedures and standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and be able to motivate and support colleagues to achieve their best.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing cover for the Regional Manager when needed
  • Supporting colleagues to achieve their targets
  • Main point of contact for customers in the local branch
  • Contacting customers to arrange appointments and meetings
  • Completing appraisals on cars, handling and processing documents, and processing customer payments
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

A competitive salary of £26,380 (OTE £35,980) is on offer, along with fantastic annual bonuses based on company performance.
