Job Title: Compliance and Energy Efficiency Manager

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Energy Efficiency Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company meets all regulatory requirements and maintains a strong compliance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the company's risk processes, assessments, and register to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with existing regulations and manage key regulatory changes.
  • Manage Elexon & SEC external auditing of the Supply business, including driving the regulatory audit process and creating necessary documentation and checklists.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations on policy responses to RFIs/consultations and proposed changes to regulatory policy that impact the business.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training for the Energy business.
  • Ensure compliance audits are carried out and issues are resolved.
  • Create a robust compliance monitoring process to ensure ongoing compliance.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in compliance and risk management in the energy sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing policies and processes to ensure compliance.
  • Logical approach to problems and commitment to developing solutions to regulatory compliance challenges.
  • Developed network across the industry with other participants, trade bodies, regulators, and policymakers.
