Job Title: Compliance and Energy Efficiency Manager

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Energy Efficiency Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company meets all regulatory requirements and maintains a strong compliance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the company's risk processes, assessments, and register to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with existing regulations and manage key regulatory changes.
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters and ensure that they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust compliance monitoring process to ensure that audits are conducted on a timely basis.
  • Manage document control requests in accordance with quality department operating procedures.
  • Support the training manager to design compliance training for the Energy business.
  • Develop a suite of compliance policies for the Energy business.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Energy industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing policies and processes to ensure compliance.
  • Logical approach to problems and commitment to developing solutions to regulatory compliance challenges.
  • Developed a network across the industry with other participants, trade bodies, regulators, and policymakers.
