Lead the Way as a Teaching Excellence Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Excellence Lead to join our Options Autism School - Skylarks School in Epsom, Surrey. As a Teaching Excellence Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of our pupils with Autism and Complex Needs.

About the Role:

  • You will lead the development of teaching strategies and practices to ensure high-quality education for all pupils
  • You will mentor and support colleagues to enhance their teaching skills and confidence

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • You hold Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent teaching qualification
  • You have experience leading teaching teams and developing educational programs

Our Benefits:

  • A competitive salary up to £44,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • A 37.5 hour contract, Monday to Friday, with Term Time Only arrangement
