About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Practitioner to join our team at Charles Hunter Associates. This full-time, home-based position involves working with a therapeutic approach to Fostering, championing flexible working and manageable caseloads.

About You
The successful candidate will have Senior Social Worker and/or Management experience within Fostering Recruitment & Assessment, with an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation. You will be required to travel to recruitment events and prospective carers across the East and West Midlands.
