Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with additional needs to live independently and make their own choices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living skills, including personal care, managing medication, and domestic tasks.
  • Assist with attending health appointments and promoting social and community inclusion.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a person-centered approach to care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience of supporting individuals with additional needs is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends.
  • Driver's license is preferred.
  • Enhanced PVG is required for this role.
