About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting two lovely ladies in our supported living service, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living activities, such as cooking, cleaning, and administering medication.
  • Encourage and support individuals to attend appointments, socialize, and lead fulfilling lives.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred, although full training will be provided.
  • An enhanced Adult PVG is required for this position.
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including sleepovers.
Benefits
  • A minimum of 28 days paid holiday per year, including bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff).

  • Mileage paid at 35p per mile at flat rate up to 10,000 miles per year.
