Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SEN Nursery Teacher to join our team in Brent. As a SEN Nursery Teacher, you will be responsible for supporting students with diverse needs in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
  • Maintain a well-organized classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, assisting with their educational and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to implement tailored support plans for students with SEN.
  • Assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

  • Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.
  • Recent experience as a Nursery Teacher in a primary or preschool setting with SEN.
  • Good level of classroom and behaviour management.
  • Experience working with SEND is essential.
