Primary Teacher Wanted for Good School in Bermondsey

Horizon Teachers is working with a reputable primary school in Bermondsey who are seeking a dedicated and talented Primary Teacher to join their team as maternity cover for the next academic year. The successful candidate will be teaching a year 4 class and will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Develop strong relationships with parents and guardians, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the school's commitment to providing a high-quality education, aligned with the national curriculum and current teaching methods.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of the curriculum and effective use of resources.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children in a primary school setting, particularly in key stage 1.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping children reach their full potential.
  • Knowledge of the national curriculum and current teaching methods.
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
