Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our Edinburgh team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide administrative support to our financial planners and ensure that new business is processed efficiently.

This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of our financial services organization, ensuring seamless communication between clients, product providers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service and Administrative Support
  2. Preparation of Meeting Packs and Client Engagement Letters
  3. Assistance with New Business Submissions
  4. Production of Annual Reviews for Clients
  5. Maintenance of Up-to-Date Records
  6. Timely Completion of Tasks
  7. Compliance with Regulatory Requirements
  8. Anti-Money Laundering Checks on Clients
  9. Submission of Letters of Authority

To excel in this role, you will require 2+ years of experience in a similar support position within the financial services sector. A good understanding of financial products and compliance is essential.
