The Health Records Administration team provides essential support services in the continuing care of patients, ensuring that case notes are accurately maintained and accessible.
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining equipment, contacting suppliers for assistance or maintenance, monitoring stock levels, and ordering goods as required.
Main Duties
Do you have an eye for detail and accuracy, and proven communication skills?
The Records department provides a unique administrative support service, focusing on the physical retrieval, filing, and preparation of case notes in conjunction with an efficient and professional MHLD service.
The post holder will be expected to undertake weeding of existing case notes in line with the organisation's Retention and Destruction Policy, ensuring the Patient tracking system is accurate and up-to-date.
