Your Role:

As a Regional Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of clinical services to patients receiving nursing and complex out-of-hospital services is of the highest standard, aligned with our company values. This includes conducting regular field visits, providing constructive feedback on clinical work, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be included on the on-call rota for out-of-hours service issues following required training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the clinical homecare nursing team, ensuring excellent patient outcomes and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings and Professional Development Reviews (PDRs) with members of the team, promoting growth and development opportunities.
  • Carry out regular field visits, providing constructive feedback on all areas of clinical work and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Be included on the on-call rota for out-of-hours service issues, responding promptly to emergencies and providing support as needed.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring confidentiality of patient information and adhering to data protection guidelines.


Requirements:

* Current NMC registration
* Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
* Car allowance up to £6,465 per annum or entry to a salary sacrifice scheme
