Job Title: Nursing Team Lead

Verve Homecare seeks an experienced and skilled Nursing Team Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for a registered nurse with strong leadership and clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the nursing team to deliver high-quality care to our service users.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintain a high level of clinical knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development.
  • Act as a shift leader, ensuring the effective running of the unit or defined area of responsibility.

Working with Others:

  • Ensure all staff receive regular supervision and appraisals.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the duty rota, ensuring skills mix and numbers on duty are appropriate for the assessed needs of the service users.
  • Liaise with external healthcare services to ensure best outcomes for our service users.

  • 40 working hours per week (45 including lunch breaks).
