Job Overview:

ASR International is a leading recruitment agency specialising in commercial, operational, and sales-based roles within the GB bathroom sector. We are currently seeking a Sales Leadership Role to drive growth and expansion within our client base.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a high-performing sales team of around 15 people across various sales channels.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including buying groups.
  4. Establish new routes to market and sales channels.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in sales leadership and management.
  • Experience in the bathroom sector or similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
