Job Description:

We are seeking a Personalised Support Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their homes and in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care for and support people of all ages with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and enhance your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care through comprehensive training and clinical support.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and support that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Requirements:

No prior care experience is required; however, you must possess a strong ability to empathise with others and demonstrate plenty of care, compassion, and resilience.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
