Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced teacher to deliver personalised support to students in a non-traditional setting. Key responsibilities include creating engaging lesson plans, working closely with families, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of services. A successful candidate will possess QTS or QTLS qualification, have proven teaching and learning experience, and be up-to-date with safeguarding and child protection knowledge.

  • Create innovative lesson plans that cater to individual student needs
  • Maintain regular communication with families and colleagues to ensure effective collaboration
  • Support students with SEN/SEMH requirements in 1:1 or small group settings
  • Demonstrate a passion for making a positive impact on students' lives

Requirements and Qualifications

A minimum of QTS or QTLS qualification, along with relevant teaching experience, is essential for this role. Additionally, a valid driving license and access to a vehicle are required due to the nature of the work.
