Job Opportunity: Contract Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to lead our team at a Scientific Research Centre in Abingdon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a defined contract, ensuring operational commitments are met and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide leadership and management of a defined contract, ensuring operational commitments are met and exceeded
* Take accountability and review Accounts performance indicators, ensuring delivery of key financial KPIs/targets (i.e. working capital, P&L, Costs)
* Manage the business to ensure all necessary systems and procedures are complied with, ensuring quality of service delivery enables the Client to occupy their premises efficiently, cost-effectively, and without disruption
* Support the management of specialist sub-contractors
* Assist in identifying new business opportunities within the contract and participate in costing new proposals to ensure Dalkia's margin expectations are achieved
* Develop a relationship with the internal project department to deliver high-value projects throughout the life of the contract

**Requirements**

* Commercial experience, including managing delivery against KPIs/SLAs
* Identification and implementation of efficiency/effectiveness initiatives
* Formal health and safety qualification (IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH)
